Salmoriglio Dressing

Our family grew up with this dressing, as it was used in an abundance of dishes. Salmoriglio is used to marinate and season steaks and veal chops, and also as a nice dressing on salads, antipastos, and paninis. 

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serving Size: 1/2 cup dressing

4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dry basil
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Medium bowl

1. In your medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
